I moved to Deerfield Beach, South Florida, over 11 years ago, bringing a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on any challenge. Over the years, I gained hands-on experience in a variety of roles—from housekeeping, tile sales,  construction to manage Airbnb.

In 2018, after the birth of my daughter, I began managing Airbnb cleaning and turnovers, which quickly expanded into full-scale property care for homeowners. I coordinated maintenance, staged homes, managed vendor relationships, and ensured every property was guest-ready.

That’s when I discovered my true passion for real estate and property management. I earned my Florida Real Estate License and combined my skills in home care, and market knowledge to create Vilela Property Management—a one-stop solution for property owners in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

Today, I provide personalized concierge services, complete property management, and real estate guidance tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring their homes are not only well cared for but also performing at their full potential.
